Nevertheless a powerful one, maybe exactly because of this simplicity.
And this definition includes besides the obvious elements like human behaviour, traditions, values, as well everything that may influence human behaviour: the agreements, rules, policies, procedures, systems.
Is your culture fitting to the purpose of your organisation ?
This is not only a question for the “right” kind of people in your organisation behaving the “right” way, it’s asking for the practicality of everything people in the organisation have to deal with for achieving collaborative success.
